A downloadable cursor set

A custom mouse cursor set featuring Don Quixote (Middle Little Sister Identity) from the game Limbus Company by Project Moon. Sprites and animations were made by me (Calci Soya).

All rights regarding character and design belong to Project Moon.

Calci Soya is not associated with the rights holder in any way. These are merely pieces of  fan work.

What you will receive with the following folder:

  • An animated cursor set (.ani files), and a static version of each sprite (.cur files), amounting to 36 cursor (18 .ani, and 18 .cur) files per version, covering all the necessary cursor roles for Windows 10, as well as alternate versions for certain roles.
  • Small (100%) and big (600%) gifs of each animation for quick previewing. (36 gifs  in total)
  • The Read Me & How to Set.txt file, which details how to set them as your mouse cursor / pointer, and what you are & aren't allowed to do with these files.

You are not allowed to reupload, claim these as your creations, or sell them. You can change the cursor hotspot and the colours if you so desire, however if you share the edited or original files, I ask is that you link back to this page, or my itch.io profile.

If there are any issues you happen to notice, please do let me know, and I will try to fix them to the best of my ability!

Thank you for reading and have fun with your new cursor!

Install instructions

Please read the "How to Set Custom Mouse Cursors on Windows 10" section in the "Read Me & How To Set.txt" file if you are new to the world of custom cursors, or need a refresher on how to set them.

Setting custom cursors is a simple process, and you NEVER have to install something just to set custom cursors (on windows 10). That is because .ani and .cur are data file formats. They are not executables.

However, there may be certain cursor setting applications, or cursor creation software that has functions that make the setting process easier, I will not delve into these, as I have not much experience with that functionality, and only used them to create cursor files themselves.

Please be careful if you decide to delve deeper into the world of custom cursors, never run executables found within the container files (.zip / .rar / etc.) of custom cursors, as that may infect your device with malware. However, ani / cur files themselves are usually harmless. Don't go to suspicious, ad ridden websites, don't run executable files when you have doubts, and you should be fine.

Good luck, and have fun!
